Bring along your friends and groupmates and join us as we teach you to go from zero to PCB hero.
Agenda for the day
We will start out with a presentation, then get KiCad running on your computers and finally design and route a pcb together.
During the evening we will touch on the following topics:
- What is KiCad?
- What can KiCad do?
- Get KiCad installed
- Baby’s first KiCad project
- Exporting for manufacture
- Organizing large projects
- Best practice, cheatsheets and all that good stuff
When
The KiCad course will be held on Thursday the 5th of November, approximately from 1630-1930.
Where
The course will take place at Aalborg University at Frederik Bayers vej 7.
The exact room will be revealed when we get closer to the event
Prerequisites
Please make sure you have kicad downloaded and installed before the course. It can be downloaded from the following link:
